How it began😊
Started out from our founder, Miss Milly’s late Mzee who used to landscape the Mengo Kabaka’s Palace, from landscaping to selling plants. Turns out, this did not stop with Mzee, Past university, Milly has always had plants filled in every space she is entitled. Surprisingly, her visitors kept adoring her plants and offering a price to buy them. So, in 2023, she decided to launch THE PLANTS HOME to be the ultimate destination for everything houseplants.
Originally working out of the humble home she stayed, ThePlantsHome.com has now grown to occupy a much larger and well equipped Plantshome based in Makindye, Uganda.
Today, we still treat every order with the same care as we did working out of the small backyard garden we started in.
